not too bad

pretty cool. The FX are sweet. I'm a big fan of people who can use effects properly without over doing it to the extreme. Good work.

Cheers ;)

pretty cool

I can definitely sense some talent in this piece. I really like the song itself, but the mixing could be a little better (but you've stated that so no "point" knocked for that). I think the drums could use a little "oomph" behind them, maybe put the mic closer to the kick? I'm not sure, but I do like this piece. Great work!

Thank you..
We did the recording at home, so the mix and mastering is'nt very good - but it was our first demo and we just wanted to share the music.. If you like it, check out our myspace for new songs. myspace.com/scornfuldk

-stay metal - and thank you for listening :)

Nice work!

I love the guitar riff and overall beat and feel to this song. I am in love with this song man! 5/5

fabricius89 responds:

Sounds good hehe.. thank you

Nice guitar work.

I've been playing guitar for about 12 years now, and while I like the technical stuff, sometimes the best players need to know when to keep it simple and just let the music speak for itself. This is a good example. Great job, and I like the lyrics, too.

Stereocrisis responds:

Thanks. I appreciate the simplictiy of music. The problem with the music today is that they try to add too much. It makes for a less memorable song. Sure, people dance to it in the moment, but it doesn't stick in your mind the way a simple song does. Nirvana is famous for that, simple and to the point.

pretty sweet

I like it. Good beat and solid tune for just 34 minutes. I would LOVE to hear a more structured version of this. Kinda sounds like it go to a video game a little bit. Maybe it's just me, I don't know.

OPQC responds:

yeah, i think i'm gonna make a finished version of this, i dunno. let's see what i can do with it.

I love this!

A little short, but that's what REPEAT is for right? lol. Great job dude!

wilb0b responds:

lol exactly! and just a random thought, I might make the ending solo a harmony into something more Power Metal Ranger-ish length :DDDD

Nice playing

As a fellow guitarist, I must say that while the solo itself as good, some of it seems a bit overdone. Nothing is wrong with being flashy, -especially on stage ;) - but I think some of the solo should've stayed more in tempo and kept the "chill" vibe. Just my thoughts, either way, it's definitely a good job and I'm looking forward to hearing more. Take it easy dude.

mistermurfi responds:

Cool sure check out some other things i have up.. none of them are really great quality cause its all just me arsin about and this is probably the best of them but maybe you will like them :D
